International Night
Taylor Glenn is starting off the new year with “A Taste of Taylor Glenn!” Everyone is welcomed to join up at the clubhouse for little samples of food from different countries and heritage. Grab a spot at a table, bring info of your heritage, share a story with your neighbors, and share a sample of something authentic to you. Maybe it could Italy, Greece, Mexico, Puerto Rico, The list is endless!!!

Annual HOA Meeting
This meeting is elections of board members and any new candidates. Also the budget is discussed. Proxies were mailed out if you can not attend the meeting. You can assign anyone to be you proxy and there are multiple ways to drop off your forms.
Quorum/Proxy and Nomination forms can be submitted in multiple ways as follows:

Santa’s Visit Holiday Party
Ohhhhhh Santa is coming back! He's answering questions, taking letters, and reading a story. The added bonus..... we have Consuelos Taqueria food truck for this event. (menu to follow)


Fall Festival
Our 1st Fall Festival since before the Covid Pandemic. Do you have what it take to earn bragging rights for the best chili? This is a chili-fest cookoff!!! $50 gift card to the best chili and $25 gift card to the next best!. 3 amazing food trucks, face painting, music, craft vendors, food trucks, family portraits, games, and more!
"VENDOR INFO": vendor sign up form is on the home page. Vendor booths will open exclusively first to TG Residents only until 10/20 and then will open to Union County residents. Vendor fee is $25.00 which will be a donation to the TG Social Committee and rewarded back to TG residents in gifts and prizes. ** Check needs to be written out to Taylor Glenn HOA and in the memo you need to write "Social Committee Deposit". ...which can be mailed or dropped off at 1000 Semmes Lane, Indian Trail, NC 28079.

Halloween Trick or Treating
Halloween Trick or Treating!!! Your Social Committee will be at the clubhouse parking lot. Welcoming all residents that don’t get much foot traffic to come to the clubhouse and join us. We’ll have table, tents, spooky music and maybe a movie playing. Remember to turn your porch light on…… and turn it off if you are not participating or have run out of goodies.

Trunk Or Treat

Back by popular demand!!! All the unique trunks, costumes and excitement. Your Social Committee will be on hand dishing out the goodies as well. Trunks, Games, and a $50 gift card for best trunk design! And seriously, who is not already drooling at 100 Main's BBQ? Sign up form- here.

Mini-Workshop -
"Understanding Dog Language"
With: Kim Siewert
Location: Clubhouse Lawn.
This workshop will guide you in the understanding of what your dog is trying to communicate to you. Also, with loose dogs in the neighborhood, Kim will guide you in canine mannerisms to know... Should you approach the dog or stay back? How to approach or secure the dog from harming itself or a human. Kim has 10 years experience with the Union County Humane Society. This workshop is based on her extensive knowledge of handling canines in a multitude of situations. This is not a training class. "Everyone is welcomed to participate". You do not need a dog or be a dog owner to participate. Your welcomed to bring your dog , if you have one.

Community Yardsale
Taylor Glenn's Community Yardsale will be Oct 5th from 7-12 with a rain date scheduled for the following Saturday. This coincides on the same scheduled dates as Holly Park and Brook Valley.
