This meeting is elections of board members and any new candidates. Also the budget is discussed. Proxies were mailed out if you can not attend the meeting. You can assign anyone to be you proxy and there are multiple ways to drop off your forms.

-Locked drop box at the clubhouse door - 9010 Magna Lane.
-Locked drop box with your Board Secretary, Laurie De Clara - 1000 Semmes Lane.
-Handed to any board member, candidate, or resident who is attending the meeting.
